For weeks now, this number keeps calling my elderly parents non stop, especially on Boxing Day it was relentless. Neither of them knows who it is because no one says anything when they pick up. It’s got them quite worried, so now they’re avoiding answering their phone altogether. Even if the answer machine picks up, there’s never a message left. This number rings me around 6 to 10 times daily, claiming they're from some Telephone Preference Service and say I need to re-register my number to stop pesky calls for good. They ask loads of personal stuff and then want the expiry date off my debit or card. When I start questioning them, they get proper rude and either hang up or try to push me for info. I got a call from this so-called Telephone Preference “service” claiming they’d help stop spam calls. Told them I’ve already got an advanced call blocker from BT, and honestly, it’s the best thing I’ve bought! I said I’ll block unwanted calls myself, and once I hang up, their number’s as good as blocked to me. The annoying calls still show up on my caller ID, but they never ring through now - no more endless buzzing in my ear!

This lot have been ringing our home phone multiple times every day for ages now. They keep going through our address stuff and then ask me to confirm my bank card’s expiry date - which I won’t give them, of course. When I ask why they’d need that info, I explain I already pay my phone bill through Sky and everything is sorted with them. I said I want to speak to a manager, and they ask me why! I said I want to know how to make them stop calling me. Eventually, I got passed to a “manager”, and then the call just dropped on me! Got three calls today and neither me nor my missus could get through when we tried answering. Since it’s a holiday and most folks aren’t at work, we figured it might be from family. I recently discovered that one of the firms involved in Green Deals is based up in the North East. After doing a bit of digging into the whole scheme, I found out that you could potentially secure a new boiler for a mere £300! However, they've conveniently omitted to mention that this fee is essentially for a consultation regarding energy savings. Now, let me clarify-this is only applicable if you've received a call about being referred for a Green Deal AND if you're situated in the North East. I cannot reiterate enough that this is strictly for those seeking Green Deals in the North East. Additionally, I've already contacted Tivium, requesting that they remove my number from their lists via email. This way, they can't claim ignorance about my request!

I've been getting calls from this number pretty much every day, like 6 to 9 times, and it's always the same bloke talking. The initial call was about boilers or something, but I told him politely it was council property and I wasn’t interested. He said goodbye and ended the call. But then, less than an hour later, he rang back out of the blue and started shouting terrible insults down the phone, using proper foul language. On a couple of occasions, my kid picked up and ended up in tears after the call. This behaviour is completely unacceptable.

I get at least one call from them every single day, even though I’m on the TPS list. They just don’t seem to care about the registration at all. Honestly, something should be done to put a stop to this!

Calls keep coming in every 10 or 15 minutes. When I pick up, all I get is a quick "good bye" before they hang up. Very strange.

Got a call from this number yesterday, claiming to be from a government dept offering grants to swap out old central heating boilers for the latest Worcester ones. They mentioned someone would get in touch within a day to set up an inspection, but no one has called back yet. BE CAREFUL, IT'S A SCAM.

Got a call from a company saying they’re government energy advisors. They wanted to know if our home is privately owned or rented and whether we’ve applied for a new boiler through any government scheme.

Got a call from 01443357159, but it was straight after they rang me about five minutes earlier. Not sure if it went through as my three year old grabbed the phone and ended the call. Really irritating!
