Supposedly about PPI but then the bloke on the other end somehow swayed me (with zero effort) into thinking he was ringing from Microsoft, so he just switched up his script. Proper funny that. he kept pushing me to confirm personal info about some claim from jan 2017, which i never even made. he didnt even know if i was male or female or my right title, yet he called me dr a xxxx, which is printed on my credit card, which honestly raised some red flags for me. then when i asked who he was, he just kept saying "i know you didnt file any claims but im just tryna help and youre not helping yourself". really cheeky and disrespectful.
