My o2 account got hacked and somehow 3 iPhone 13s were ordered and set to be delivered in Glasgow, even tho I’m in Cambridgeshire. O2 are trying to sort it all out now. I asked for their address and email, and they messed up, saying they needed to send me something to get past security. Then the call cut off. I called o2 afterwards and they told me straight up it was a scam. If you get a text like that, never share your details. They’ll use it to hack your account.
