Got a call from 0155 7405496 saying it's Visa, there were two big charges, told me to press xx to stop them.

Got a call from a 0155 number around 7 in the evening, then they rang again just a few mins later at 7:03. Seemed dodgy so I just left it. Decided to look it up here afterwards.

0155 keep ringing me non stop with loads of dodgy stuff about Amazon Prime, BT, and card fraud. I use call screening ‘cause I don’t know the number and never pick up. My elderly dad lives over 200 miles away on his own, and these muppets are calling me in the dead of night, proper freaking me out!!!

0155### This is a total Amazon scam. Someone suggested checking out Jim Browning on YouTube - he exposes these sorts of things. His newest video from 27/1/21 shows it all. It's so upsetting, they're trying to con an 80 year old woman.

Got a call at 7:46 this morning. This is the second time this week they’ve tried from different numbers, the first was definitely an amazon prime scam. Feels like this one was just the same. They keep comin in bunches, so annoying.

0155 3347644 called me while I was on a stepladder painting, so I couldn’t get to the phone quick enough and it went to voicemail. They just hung up right away, which is really frustrating. This is like the 6th or 7th time this month I’ve had missed calls from an 0155 number with no message left. Don’t these people realise most folks won’t pick up if they see an 0155 prefix?

Got a call from 01550128135 but didn't pick up and no voicemail either. I just blocked it since it was an unknown number. Really irritating.

Got a call from 0155 saying it was BT wanting to reset my router to improve my internet speed. I told them I don' have a BT router, and the bloke with an Indian accent said it doesn't matter since it’s about BT speeds. I work for Vodafone and know my VF router well, so I knew it was dodgy. Told them to buzz off and ended the call!

Got a call again from 0155 877 3422 saying someone sent £600 overseas and to press 1. I just ended the call right away. Total scam. They claimed my debit card got used but I checked my bank and everything’s fine.

I got a call from 01554704207 saying £600 had been taken from my credit or visa card and sent overseas. This happened twice within two days. They told me to press 1 - obviously I just hung up. It was one of those automated calls.

HM Revenue & Customs left a voicemail. They said not to ignore the message as it’s urgent and I should respond quickly or face consequences. They mentioned something about not hearing from my solicitor. The number they called from was 0155 040 019. Got the message at 12:35 on 21/02/19. Strange call!

Been getting loads of calls from loads of 0155 numbers all day long, from like 8am until 10pm. They keep saying it’s something to do with TalkTalk and computer access scams. We don’t even have TalkTalk! Some of the numbers are 01553845384, 01553878617, 01553890839, 01553890838, 015543889728. Really annoying!

Just got a call from 0155 172747, some automated voice said “your internet is about to be disconnected” then hung up. I’ve never seen this number pop up before.

Got a call from 0155 85465 around 7:15pm tonight, and the person on the other end was speaking Arabic. When I said I couldn’t understand, they just ended the call.
