Over the past few weeks, I've been getting nonstop scam calls. Most often, the person on the line pretends to be from BT, warning me that my internet’s security is at risk. I actually fell for it once and ended up downloading some remote access program! It’s frustrating because these numbers ought to be traceable, right? I’ve written down every scam number that’s rung me, so hopefully the police or whoever can track down who’s behind it and sort it out. Now I just cut the call off straight away.

Got a call from 001525617332 yesterday at 10.52am, didn’t know the number, so I just ignored it. The phone rang for ages, so don’t go picking up if you don’t know it. If we all just stop answering unknown numbers, they’re the ones wasting their time. Same goes for those blocked numbers - why hide who you are unless you’re dodgy? If it’s someone you know, they should show their number so you feel safe picking up these days.

Got a call from 00152 60139 9901 saying it was an "energy check," said it was backed by UK energy companies and calling from South Shields - total load of rubbish, sounded like a Jamaican scam! Definitely adding this one to the block list.

watch out for numbers like 00132 and some other mobiles they keep calling from, its driving me mad. I’ve had to put my phone straight onto answerphone cause they wont stop ringing. really annoying honestly.

I keep getting calls from this same number a couple of times a day. Even after blocking it, the phone still rings but goes straight to voicemail - and nobody ever leaves a message. It’s really getting on my nerves. Why do these calls never stop? Once, I nearly fell for it when they claimed they’d messed with my laptop and wanted £450 to fix it. I just unplugged everything, rebooted after a few hours and thankfully, nothing was wrong. Every time the person on the line sounds Asian, which really worries me. Honestly, these scammers need to be shut down immediately!

Got a call today, 24th September, from someone saying they were from Windows support. They wanted to know who owned the computer. I refused to give any info and asked for his name instead. He lost it and started shouting "f*** off you Mother f***er." When I didn’t reply, he laughed with someone else, screamed the insults again, then hung up. The accent sounded Indian.
