I received a call from someone claiming to be Tracey Quinn. However, when I tried to ring back, I was connected to the switchboard for the Royal Bank of Canada. The operator informed me that they hadn’t made any calls to me, advising me to disregard any future calls from that number. I've decided to permanently block it.
