Dodgy call, that was! Full of nonsense about Windows errors. They inquired about what issues I was having with my computer, then hung up on me abruptly. They rang just after I updated my mum’s contact info to mine, likely hoping to target her again for a scam. Absolutely outrageous!

What a complete con! They claim to resolve issues with viruses, but it all seems dodgy to me.

I received a call from someone claiming to be affiliated with Microsoft, and I’d advise everyone to be wary. When I mentioned I had chatted with an 'Alex' the day before, there was a rather uncomfortable pause before they abruptly ended the call. Quite dodgy if you ask me!
