I received a call from someone claiming to be from NatWest's fraud department, urging me to transfer money to our business Revolut account, which I suspect would ultimately end up in their own account. The caller alleged that our account had been compromised. However, upon verification with both NatWest and Revolut, it is evident that this is definitely a scam.

It seems that the telephone is the only available means of contacting Natwest to report the passing of a Natwest account holder, if they do not use internet banking. Quite disappointing, isn't it? Natwest should definitely improve their options for customer support in such cases.
