I picked up the phone and got a recorded voice saying my internet would be cut off in 24 hours because of some illegal stuff, and if I wanted help I should press 1. I just hung up straight away. Then I tried calling back with 141 to hide my number, but it told me I’d dialed the wrong number. It seemed really dodgy to me, so I’d say don’t press any buttons. Best to call your provider directly to see if it’s legit or not.
