I got a couple of calls then immediately got a text claiming to be Liverpool City Council about some changes affecting me? The text came from 07860 048000 but I'm convinced it's a complete scam, definitely not from the real council!

This number has been ringing me nonstop for the past few months, like 4 or 5 times each week. Whenever I picked up, there wasn’t anyone speaking on the other end. Now I just ignore it. I even tried blocking the number but they keep calling from new ones! It’s so annoying.
