I got a call from a bloke claiming to be from both firms - couldn't help but laugh. When I challenged him, he just ended the call. Not the sharpest tool in the shed, clearly. Afterwards, I messaged their online support, and they were just chuckling about the whole thing. So yeah, both these outfits are definitely dodgy.
