Got a call from a woman with a foreign accent claiming there was an issue with our loft insulation. When I asked her what exactly was wrong, she just said most folks aren’t aware of their loft problems and offered a free survey for things like mould and damp. Sounded well dodgy to me. Told her to jog on straight away. Watch out for anyone pushing spray foam insulation - it can seriously mess up your home's resale value.
