Lowell finance are a nightmare. They’ve been ringing me up on my landline and mobile, sending letters constantly, even though I’ve been paying them through direct debit for years without missing a payment. Despite me sticking to what I can afford, they still use these sneaky threats. Whether you pay or not, the harassment doesn’t stop, and it’s meant to be illegal, but unfortunately the law only really helps those who can afford to fight back. They’re relentless, and it’s really frustrating dealing with them.
