Got a call from a woman with an accent, talking about loft insulation or something like that. Honestly, I couldn't make out a word she was saying. I asked for a contact number (which I've shared above) and for something in writing, but before I could finish, they cut me off first :)

I got a call from someone claiming to be Carphone Warehouse, offering to reduce my mobile bill. Then, out of the blue, I got a phone that wasn’t part of any new deal I signed up for. When I got in touch, they told me to send it back, but I’d have to cover the postage myself, promising a refund. After I sent it off, I never got any sort of reply. I reached out to CPW directly and they had no clue what I was talking about. Turns out it’s a scam where they use your info to basically take your phone without paying. Total nightmare.
