I once signed up for what I thought was a prize draw to win a Cadbury gift box, but looking back, it was clearly just a trick to grab my contact details. A lady rang me claiming I could get 10 free phone lines on Friday evening, and then she went on about some deal where I'd get 75 lines twice weekly but only pay for four. She wanted me to pick 5 numbers from 1 to 50, but I told her straight up I wasn’t giving out any info, wasn’t happy with the call, and wasn’t even sure if it was legit - then she just ended the call.
