got a call from bt upselling and honestly it seemed pretty legit, they weren’t pushy at all when i told them i wasn’t interested in going over my products. they had some details about my bt account which made it sound authentic, but a few things were a bit out of date so i wasn’t totally sure about carrying on the chat.

someone rang me saying they were from bt, mentioning bits about our account. felt a bit dodgy tho, coz if they were really from bt, surely they'd already have the info they asked for instead of needing it from us? seemed off to me.

I've been getting calls from this number all the time, and as soon as my answerphone picks up, they just hang up. Doesn't ring any bells with me, so I'm pretty sure it's just some spam or an automated call.
