Some bloke named Liam rang me up about our phone setup. When I asked why he didn’t already have the info if he worked at BT, he said it was due to data protection rules. I told him I couldn’t help him with what he was after and that he’d need to call again. Later, I checked the number and ended up on this website.

Got a call from someone called Liam who said he was with BT, telling me our account needed checking. He said he couldn’t send any email though. After checking out the number myself, it seems like a complete con.

As soon as I answered with a hello, they just ended the call straight away.

Called by a bloke saying he was from BT, trying to push some “special” offers linked to the virus situation. He kept bombarding me with loads of questions about how many phones we have and how many calls we make every day. After that endless grilling, he suddenly put me on hold and I just decided to end the call. Suspicious behaviour if you ask me.

I got a call from someone named Liam Wyndail who was really pushy, claiming to be from BT with some sort of coronavirus deal for businesses. He didn’t seem too happy when I asked for a contact number and wasn’t willing to let me call back. He also said he couldn’t send any info by email about the offer. When I checked with BT, they told me there’s no such coronavirus package at all.

I got a call from this bloke, seemed a bit pushy and I don’t really think he was with BT. Felt like he was just trying to get some business and digging for my details. Could be dodgy, hard to tell though.

Somebody rang up saying they were from “the telecoms research group”. They wanted to know how many phone lines we got, saying they were checking info before sending us a letter with details. Seemed a bit fishy to me.

Some bloke called saying he was from BT, but he seemed way too aggressive. When I told him I was busy, he went on about, "And why’s that then?" Was weird since he’d also rung our office number the day before. Even if he really worked for BT, I wouldn’t want to deal with someone acting like that. Blocked the number straight away, best to avoid.

Got a call claiming to be from BT, sounded super slick and kept going on. Honestly, I think it’s a scam. Best thing to do is just hang up or don’t pick up at all. Stay safe!
