Yet another bother that rings a handful of times and fails to bother with leaving a message! How frustrating!

I received a call from someone claiming to discuss a car accident I supposedly filed a claim for. When I informed him that I hadn't actually been in an accident, he persisted, questioning my certainty and even suggesting that it must have occurred within the past year. It was rather perplexing!

When I tried to return the call, I was met with a message saying the line wasn't operational. Clearly a fraudulent attempt! They mentioned a car accident, but to my astonishment, they mispronounced my name and carried on with their spiel regardless. That was the first indicator that something was off!

I had the pleasure of chatting with a rather pleasant woman who inquired about an accident that I, in fact, never experienced. Curiously, I turned the tables and cheekily asked whether having kids might be regarded as an accident. That seemed to catch her off guard, and just like that, she hung up! 😂

A woman named Chloe rang me, claiming she was from Motor Assist, and mentioned they’d obtained my information regarding a minor vehicle incident. When I queried the source of this information, she stated it came from the UK Insurance Limited database. I told her I hadn’t been involved in any accidents and suggested there must be some sort of mix-up.

Watch out for these motor insurance fraudsters and scammers! They have my details and are spinning tales about a fake accident I was supposedly involved in. They go by the name Motor Assist, which is quite cheeky since there’s a legitimate company with that very name. It’s clear they’re trying to deceive people by borrowing the identity of the real firm. Stay vigilant, folks!
