It’s becoming rather vexing, isn’t it? Honestly, I can’t fathom why anyone with a vehicle who’s been in a shunt would reach out to these folks. You’d naturally contact your own insurance provider, so what on earth do these chaps get out of it? Just baffling! 🙄
