Today, I had an encounter with a woman who was masquerading as an employee from some sort of agency dealing with car accidents. She insisted that if I allowed her to assist me with my injury claim, I could be looking at a substantial insurance payout. I can’t stress enough how dodgy this all seemed! Definitely a scam!

Honestly, no idea and couldn’t really be bothered. The call dropped after just four rings anyway. Who answers calls at five past five on New Year’s Eve? Even though the number’s from Glasgow, I reckon they’re just using someone else’s line. I was a bit bored and thought maybe I’d get a proper “chat” but yeah, that’s not happening.

I didn’t pick up this call and had no clue whose number it was, so I checked it out on this site. Honestly, it’s brilliant and gives loads of info about callers. Now I’m always on here whenever a mystery number pops up. From my experience, only about one in ten unknown calls are legit - most times it’s just some kind of spam or even something dodgier!
