Claimed to be from "Help To Buy" and when I asked for their office address, she didn’t have a clue! I then asked how she managed to get to work, and she said she was working remotely from home.

I pressed further, curious about how she managed to commute to work each day without such basic info. Again, she dodged the question and flatly refused to provide the address. Quite baffling!
