Our phone setup notes down the number, but the callers have to go through loads of hassle just to get connected! So even tho the sales people dont actually get through, we still watch out for the idiots who keep trying. It’s mostly the same Glasgow call centre ringing about double glazing and insulation. We’re on the TPS list as well, but it doesnt seem to make any difference.

I told them my number is on the TPS list and the caller said sorry and admitted it was their error, promising to take my number off their records. I shouldn’t have been called at all but, well, just mentioning TPS seemed to do something. We'll see if they ring again!

I can't quite recall the lady's name but she was really pushy and kinda annoying. Seems like she’s had thorough training. I tried all sorts of ways to make her stop but nothing worked. I even set up an appointment just to be safe, but honestly, after reading all these reviews, they aint stepping foot in my house. Stay well clear of these lot.
