I got in touch with Scottish Power today, and they couldn’t say for certain if the call was from them, but they reckon it’s probably their retention team. They wouldn’t connect me straight to the retention team though, saying you can’t ring them directly. Apparently, the retention team’s job is to persuade customers not to leave. That’s all the info I’ve got, just thought I’d share.
