I received a rather unsolicited call from someone purporting to be from Car Phone Warehouse. They dove straight into a pitch about buying out my existing contract and moving me onto a £35 plan. The call quality was atrocious, and the background noise in their office was so distracting that it made it tricky to catch everything they were saying. I expressed my lack of interest, and they promptly ended the conversation. Quite rude, I must say!

Blimey, with that incredibly heavy accent and all the racket in the office, I had to ask him to say that again three times! But honestly, I still couldn't decipher a word he was on about. I mentioned that if they wanted to get in touch, they ought to use either email or good old-fashioned post, since they should have those details if we’ve got any sort of agreement. After trawling through these reviews, I really wish I’d kept him on the line for at least thirty minutes, just to fill his ears with drivel and prevent him from conning anyone else during that time!
