Got a ring from 01342886245 but ignored it since I don’t recognise the number. After blocking it, I looked it up and ended up here.

Someone called me saying they were from Public Health England or something like that. They had a foreign accent and were going on about Covid stuff. Pretty sure it was a scam.

I got a call from someone with a really strange foreign accent, then all of a sudden, they just hung up on me.

This bloke called, said he was John and something about a public department or whatever. I just hung up straight away and blocked the number after that.

He claimed to be ringing from the public health department, but when I refused to divulge any information, he resorted to foul language, calling me a 'motherf****r' and instructed me to 'go f**k myself.' Quite outrageous, to say the least!

I can say for certain that this call was pure nonsense. I refused to divulge any personal details, and he responded by hurling some truly vile insults, calling me all sorts of names and even wishing ill upon my family. It was utterly disgraceful!

I suspect this is a fraudulent call. I’ve noticed I keep getting calls from nearly identical numbers-just the last digit varies, like a 4 swapped for a 5. They all seem to originate from the same location. Every time I manage to block one number, they promptly ring me again using a different one the very next day!

Called a couple of times then went quiet. No idea who they are.

Kept going on about some financial issues from a script but refused to say the company name. I asked over and over for who they were but got no reply. In the end, they just cut the call.
