There was a long pause before a guy finally spoke, claiming he was calling from Public Health. Just as I was about to end the call, I told him straight up that it sounded like a scam. He kept insisting, "No, I really am from Public Health!" and that’s when I just hung up. If this outfit is well-known for this, why aren’t there any measures to block their calls? How on earth did they even get my info? Makes me wonder what good signing up to the TPS actually does.

I keep getting calls from a number in East Grinstead, 01342 886243, and also from a blocked one in Southampton, 02380989643. It's really obvious these are scam calls trying to get your personal info. It’s crazy how businesses just hand out your private phone number like that. They really should be stopped for misusing our details like this, it’s just not on.

Same old rubbish, just another day. No talking at all, but I’m pretty sure it’s some dodgy scammer because it’s got all the classic signs - nothing but normal phone line static. The number’s under Margaret’s Urea Telecom or something like that, think I’ve seen that name pop up before. Bloody annoying, some takers out there for sure.

Without a doubt, it was a scam. This chap rang me up claiming to be from the health department and inquired whether I’d had my vaccinations done. I challenged him, saying if he truly was, then he should really back it up. His response was crude, something along the lines of “I’ll f*ck you in the mouth,” along with a slew of profanities. I couldn’t help but tease him about his script, as he was becoming quite tiresome. Clearly, he didn’t appreciate me not engaging in his little charade and promptly ended the call. It’s rather tragic to think about the dreary existence these fraudsters must lead.
