Got two calls from this number while I was away on my hols. I reckon they’ve rung me before trying to sell stuff like boiler funding or home insulation. I just hang up straight away. They said they were from Homelink Solutions, some kind of home improvement firm. After a bit, they did admit it was an unsolicited sales call, but honestly, they showed zero sorry about it. The manager I got on the phone called herself Rebecca, but wouldn’t share her last name. I tried looking up the company online but couldn’t find anything listed under that name. Just like others have said, they clearly don’t care about the TPS register, which makes the whole thing feel pointless.

I received a phone call from someone claiming that they were returning a call to my elderly father. I informed them that my father was unable to speak and politely asked them to remove our number from their list. A lady claimed that she was going to give me a return phone call. However, it turned out to be a falsehood as she assumed that I had already been in contact with her. She mentioned that her company was called "Help to Buy Windows." I informed her that I had no knowledge of any such thing. She asked, "Did you contact us?" I responded by stating that no one had reached out to us. She then said, "I can definitely verify if you qualify." Politely, I ended the call and added the number to my blacklist. This was one of the worst instances of deception I have come across on the phone. It is easy to see how some individuals may fall for such tactics.
