I got a call from a woman, sounded asian, who asked straight for me by name. She mentioned something about "qualifying for..." then her voice just got really quiet, almost inaudible. I just replied with "no thanks" and hung up. The number had a similar area code to some scam calls i've been getting lately, but maybe it was legit? Hard to tell these days.

I missed the call by the time I got to the phone, they had already ended it.

Got a call about energy savings, just a couple of quick questions to find out if I’m eligible for a government scheme. They said they'd call back after checking, and have rung a few times already. Sounded quite professional on the phone, but I’m staying wary since I’ve seen scams like this before - first call gathers info, then the next one claims you qualify for a discount or benefit and asks for bank or card info. Might be legit, but I’ll wait and see what the follow-up call is really about.

Picked up the phone and they just cut me off right away. No idea who it might have been. Tried looking it up more than 60 times but haven’t seen anyone else say anything about this number.
