Someone left a really rude and inappropriate message on my answering machine, full of swearing and sexual stuff. I rang them up to say how upset I was, but they just brushed me off and didn’t seem bothered at all. They claimed to be connected to Openreach, but honestly, it felt like a joke. There was loads of laughing and sniggering in the background, which just made it worse. I’m definitely planning to report that lot.

It’s imperative to get in touch with the individual who holds the BT account post-haste, as it’s on the verge of expiring and requires renewal, otherwise services will be interrupted! Sounds suspiciously like a scam to me!
