Could hear loads of background noise, so I reckon it was a call centre. I just ended the call straight away. Thought it might be spam, so I marked it as annoying. I'm on the TPS list, but you never really know where these calls actually come from. Might be risky to answer.

I’m an elderly woman and quite vulnerable, so I really wish I knew who this is and why they’re calling me.

This phone number ties back to TWILIO IRELAND LTD with a director named Mark Seamus Reilly. I tried reaching out to them to find out why they were calling me, mentioning something about electronic communications and other stuff, but they never got back to me. Because of that, I’ve just blocked the number. I noticed they’re listed on Dun & Bradstreet, so I made them aware unsolicited calls without consent aren’t acceptable. Hopefully, this info helps someone else. Looks like this is a new number from the same firm, the old one was (0118) 2303416.

I didn't hear a peep from the caller, just an irritating beep before they cut off. Feels very much like one of those dodgy scam calls to me.
