There were kids playing noisily in the background, so definitely not a call centre. She asked me to say "Yes" if I was still listening - sounded really sketchy! I just stayed silent and ended the call.

I did catch him say he was from carphone warehouse with a promotion though. Asked him to repeat it a few times just to be sure.
