Received a rather unwelcome phone call from a company claiming to be Apex. They were rather persistent, trying to convince me that I owed for an extended warranty on my fridge and freezer. Quite an odd exchange, if you ask me.

Received a rather unsolicited phone call from someone purporting to be from Apex. They insisted that I had some sort of extended insurance policy for my fridge and freezer, which apparently I was already paying for. The operator was exceptionally pushy and attempted to argue that I was indeed covered. However, when I kept pressing her with my queries, she abruptly ended the conversation without so much as a goodbye. Quite the bizarre experience!
