I received a rather peculiar call from a chap claiming my kitchen gadgets were up for renewal. Quite amusing, considering they're well past their warranty, and we've long since swapped out the washing machine! When I informed him I wasn't keen on his offer, he let slip a rather rude expletive before promptly cutting the line. I must say, their professionalism leaves a lot to be desired!
