A chap named Harry rang me up, claiming he was inquiring about my washing machine. He mentioned he'd dispatched some documents to provide insurance for it. It was quite a struggle to get a word in, so I had to speak a bit louder to let him know I wasn't keen and to kindly ask him to bugger off. To my surprise, he responded with an extraordinarily polite, "Please do go and F**K yourself," before cutting the line. I must say, it left me feeling rather rattled!

Called three times but didn’t give the answering machine a chance to kick in.

I encountered an exceedingly impolite gentleman who rather brazenly claimed I needed to heed his words. He insisted he was in communication with my late wife regarding our washing machine. I had to remind him she had been gone for two years, and I didn’t hold back in expressing my thoughts on his audacity. I’m planning to reach out to BT to see if there’s a way to terminate the line altogether.
