Got a call about renewing my O2 contract, I told the guy I’m not even with O2 and he just hung up on me straight away.

I received a voicemail detailing two unfamiliar transactions linked to my account, and it went on to list them. The options given were press 2 to confirm or press 2 to chat with an advisor. However, upon hitting the second option, the call dropped abruptly. When I tried returning the call, I got some random message from Next Telecom, which is completely foreign to me, and I definitely don't hold any account with them. It feels like yet another scam attempt, honestly.
