They mentioned that if I didn’t pick up, there’d be ‘serious’ consequences linked to my national insurance. They even threw out an NI reference number during the call. Not sure if it was actually mine though. To me, that felt quite risky.

Just like loads of others, the caller claimed to be from O2. When I told him I wasn’t having any of it and called him out as a scammer, he suddenly sounded all offended, like I’d really upset him or something. Then he goes, “How can you say that?” lol, proper ridiculous!

Got a call from someone saying they were from O2, offering a discount. They even sent a text with a code that looked exactly like the ones O2 usually send. Felt a bit dodgy so I rang 202 to check with O2 and it turned out to be a scam. Changed all my passwords and security details straight away and reported the number to the fraud team. Wouldn't trust this at all.

Today, I received a call from this number, and an apparently foreign gentleman, likely from India, was on the line. He attempted to convince me that I owed his "company" a sum of £400. Can you guess the name of this so-called company? It's Amazon. Honestly, this fool thought I would actually buy into the idea that he was legitimately representing Amazon!

Right after I ended a call with some other scammer, this number popped up saying I could get 20% off my O2 bill - which is weird because I’m not even with O2. I asked the guy for more info and he just cut me off straight away. Definitely a scam!
