didn't know the number and couldn’t make out what the lady was saying because of her strong foreign accent, but she said something about a mobile phone. figured it was a scam and didn’t let her continue. told her i couldn’t understand and ended the call straight away. i’d tell anyone who gets calls like this to do the same. don’t waste your time on these lot!

someone pretending to be from ‘carphone warehouse’ but obviously not. i picked up my kid’s phone and told the person to take the number off their list since the user is under 16. they wouldn’t listen, and the bloke got quite rude, saying he’d keep ringing. even after i explained it was a child’s phone again, he still wouldn’t comply. i ended the call and he rang back saying the call dropped, but i told him once more to delete the number and he still said no.

I got a call from someone claiming to be Fonehouse, but it was all a trick. They pushed me to buy a phone, then sent the priciest model and later wanted it back. In the end, I was stuck with a contract lasting three years and no phone in my hands. Total rip-off!

Got a call from a person saying they worked for "Yourclaimscompany" and oddly enough, they already knew my name. I asked them what the company was about and who exactly I was speaking to, but before I could get an answer, they just ended the call. Pretty sure it was one of those PPI claims scams. Honestly, just don’t bother and block the number straight away.
