I got a call pretending to be Virgin Media. I ended up reporting it to Action Fraud because that's the only route the police will take on stuff like this. I'd definitely suggest everyone else do the same. Just search for Action Fraud online, head over to the “phishing” part, and fill out their quick form. They won't ask for your personal info unless you’ve actually sent money and want to try to get it back.

Got a call from someone saying I owed £35 a month for some service. The connection was rubbish. The lady, who had an Indian accent, got really annoyed when I kept asking what company she was from. Eventually, she just cut me off. It’s obvious this is a scam because now I’m getting one call every day around midday - different numbers each time, but sounds like it’s from a call centre every time.

Got a call about an iPhone 13 deal that sounded way too cheap to be real. They weren’t from Carphone Warehouse like they claimed, just some made-up sounding mobile company. I reckon on other calls they might say they’re Carphone Warehouse but they’re not. It was clear a scam.
