Seems like it's those car insurance chaps trying to get in touch again, as I've been receiving correspondence from them. If I recall correctly, it was with 1st Central that I had my policy. Earlier this year, I hopped online to switch my insurance over to a new motor I'd just snapped up. Out of the blue, they decided they couldn't insure my latest vehicle and abruptly cancelled my policy-leaving me in quite a pickle! They did send over an email stating that, due to their blunder, I wouldn’t be slapped with a cancellation fee. But lo and behold, since May, they've been hounding me for that very charge. This number called me and then sent a letter too. The letter claimed I owed Virgin Active a month’s fee, but I haven’t been with that gym for ages, like over a year. The letter even had errors in the address. When they rang, the voice sounded automated and couldn’t say my name right. Honestly, I wish people would just stop pestering us. I struggle badly with anxiety and they have no clue how much stuff like this messes me up! Not looking for sympathy, but it seriously has me frozen with worry and I’ve done absolutely nothing wrong!
