I keep getting calls a couple of times a day from numbers that are almost the same, and they always ask for someone I can’t really hear clearly. This number keeps popping up because it’s a debt company named CARS, they’ve apparently been handed some debts from car insurance firms who reckon I owe money from an old car insurance deal. That's what I gathered anyway.

These people are outright crooks, ringing my late mum’s phone even though the court made it clear ages ago that she doesn’t owe anything. It’s been over half a year and they just won’t stop. I’m planning to let the court know, see if they think this counts as contempt. It’s definitely harassment, and I’ve also flagged them up to the Financial Conduct Authority. The FCA has already raised ‘concerns’ about how this firm operates. Fingers crossed they lose their licence soon, if they even still have one. Keep calling out these dodgy firms - hopefully some of them will end up behind bars for this nonsense.

Honestly, these lot are just criminals - they keep phoning my late mum’s number even though the court told them ages ago she doesn’t owe a penny. I’ve told the court again to see if they’ll treat this as contempt. It’s proper harassment and I’ve reported them to the Financial Conduct Authority, who’ve already said they’re worried about how this company operates. Fingers crossed the FCA strips them of their licence, if they still even have one. Keep flaggin’ these dodgy firms, maybe some of them will end up behind bars.

Got a random phone call when I was driving. Held on until I found a spot and pulled over. Looked it up here and blocked the number. This site’s a lifesaver for dealing with annoying calls. Saw something about supposed utilities calls - I live in a small block of six private flats. No shared utilities, so no bills - why would they even bother calling me? Definitely dodgy, I reckon.

I missed a call earlier and later got a voicemail telling me to ring them back. Then that same day, they sent me an email and today they’ve texted me asking to get in touch on 01256 306797. Apparently it’s about a debt with my phone provider for £12.65, but I’m certain I don’t owe anything like that!

I got a call from a woman who was asking to speak to my husband. She claimed to be calling on behalf of some car company. She said he supposedly owes about £35, but when asked what exactly the charge was for, she just repeated that he owed the amount. My husband requested some form of evidence to back up the claim. Whether or not they send any proof remains to be seen.

I got insurance through Budget and needed to provide proof of no claims for driving a company car from my old job, but the firm had closed down. It took longer than Budget wanted, so they cancelled my policy. Once I finally got the proof, I tried to get my policy back, but they told me I'd have to start a new one and still pay the full amount for the cancelled policy. I said no to that, and then they sent it to CARS. Now I get calls like five times a day from them and another number. It’s got to the stage where I just don’t pick up.
