This outfit is a debt collection agency chasing after outdated debts. If you engage with them and verify your identity, you inadvertently accept the existence of that old debt, which allows them to go after you for it, despite it being more than six years old. My suggestion? Just ignore them. They'll eventually tire of it and move along after a while.

They've audaciously asked my parents for an alternative contact number for me! I've reached out to Capquest via email to clarify why they’re incessantly contacting my parents about me, but their response is perplexing-they claim there's no record of me in their database! I've demanded they cease calling my parents’ number and questioned how they obtained that unlisted number, yet I've had no answers on that front either.
