He told me he was from BT Openreach.

Somebody rang me claiming to be from BT Openreach and admitted they knew I wasn’t with BT, yet when I asked, they couldn’t tell me who my actual provider was. The bloke was really hard to make out so I just ended the call. He then phoned me straight away again from 01392464807, but I cut off the call once more.
