This bloke claimed he was from BT Openreach, but I didn’t stick around long enough to understand what he was banging on about - told him I’m with Virgin instead.

I got a call from some woman with an African accent, going on about my BT internet again. I just told her to buzz off and said I'd ring BT myself. Of course, I never did because I’m pretty sure it’s a scam. These calls keep coming nonstop these days, all about your internet connection. Some are even automated, like those messages you get when your bank thinks your card’s been used fraudulently.

They said it was from Openreach but I don’t even have a broadband connection with them, so definitely a scam.
