I received a rather dodgy call from an overseas number. The person on the other end knew my name and proceeded to recite my postcode, requesting that I verify it. When I inquired about his identity, he cheekily remarked, "Aren't you aware of your own postcode?" I responded, "Of course I am, but I haven't the faintest idea who you are." With that, he promptly terminated the call. Utterly pointless, if you ask me. Do yourself a favour and block this number!

I've been getting relentless calls from this number, claiming to be from Nationwide Bank, which is peculiar as we don't even bank with them! The caller had an accent that sounded distinctly Asian. Anyway, I've now blocked the number, but it seems like I keep getting similar calls from different numbers in the same area code. Quite the nuisance, I must say!
