I received a call from 01244459899 referencing my washing machine insurance. The bloke on the other end claimed that mine was on the verge of expiring. I was taken aback as I had only recently signed up for it a couple of weeks back. As soon as I pointed that out, he promptly disconnected the call! It's clearly a dodgy operation; legitimate insurers usually reach out via post, not phone calls. Plus, my coverage is continuous, so there's no expiry in sight!
