The lady who called gave the name Bianca and claimed to be ringing from UPS, saying she was contacting us for our energy company (I double-checked with them, and she wasn’t being honest). She insisted our contract had expired and she needed to get us onto new rates immediately (which is rubbish, as our contract is still current). I told her I wasn’t falling for it and that I’d only renew by speaking directly with my energy provider. Then I asked her to never phone me again before ending the call and putting her number on block.
