I put this number on my block list ages ago, but it keeps ringing anyway. I’m guessing it’s an automated call because the system must be dumb enough to ignore the block. From what I know, blocked numbers shouldn’t actually ring through, they usually just show up as blocked on your call log.

I received a call from a fella who could barely string a sentence together in English. He insisted he was representing Carphone Warehouse. I explained that I was in New Zealand and questioned the logic of calling me at 4 AM! Despite my attempts to interject, he continued to ramble on from his script, oblivious to what I was saying. His grasp of English was exceedingly limited, and I could only catch snippets of "Carphone Warehouse." Frustrated, I eventually just blocked his number.
