Just like others have mentioned about the numbers barely changing at the end, the guy running this scam goes by the name of Stuart Wright. He lives at 21a Plymouth Road, Barnt Green, Birmingham, B45 8JF - all the phone numbers are linked to him and that address. It’s no surprise he’s got a fancy place when he’s ripping people off like this! Even though he's been reported a fair few times, he keeps carrying on. We all need to keep reporting him so something actually gets done - no one deserves to be treated like this.

Somebody called me claiming to be from Sky, offering a special deal. Problem is, I don’t even have a Sky subscription! When I asked for their main office address, he seemed a bit dodgy and I could hear him rummaging online to find one. He was pretty fast at giving me an address, but I told him I’d check with the real office first. He didn’t sound too pleased about that.

I got a call around 3:49pm from someone claiming to be with Carphone Warehouse. I told them straight away that their call was illegal and breaching GDPR. The bloke then accused me of not paying attention. I told him I had no connection with CPW and he insisted that wasn’t his company, saying he worked for somewhere else (but I cut him off). I pointed out he’d just said he was with CPW. I brought up GDPR again, but he just kept telling me to listen. So I asked if he was trying to scam me, and he replied that I was wasting his time. I said the same back, hung up, and blocked the number.
