I received a rather dubious call earlier today from this number. The chap on the other end was peddling a so-called medical bracelet for merely a tenner. It was blatantly obvious he was up to something shady, attempting to pull a fast one on me. Quite alarming, really!

I picked up the phone but there was silence, like they just hung up or put the phone down after I said hello. Bit odd, really.

a man rang me saying he was with the nhs and asked if i qualified for a medical alert pendant. he then wanted to know if i was over 50. i cut him off right there and told him my age or health details aren’t something i share with random callers. i made it clear i won’t give personal info to strangers like that! i kept calm this time but won’t be so nice if it happens again. i’ve blocked this number now.
