Received two calls from this number earlier today. The first one was vague, but the second time they claimed to be from Sky, supposedly assessing my internet connection. They wanted me to look something up on my phone and insisted I download an app. I refused and requested proof that they were indeed Sky, but they kept cutting me off and repeatedly addressed me as "ma'am.” Frustrated with the interruptions, I firmly told her to hang up!

Got a call from some woman with a noisy call-centre in the background who said she was ringing from the "Carphone Warehouse Company". Hung up quick and blocked the number straight away. For starters, no one ever says "Carphone Warehouse Company" like that, and secondly, I've got a SIM-only deal and always pay for my phones upfront, so no interest in contract 'upgrades' at all.

Somebody rang me saying, "Michael from O2 here, how’s it going?" I told them I was pretty sure I’d ticked the box to stop O2 sharing my info with partners. They just went, "Click Brrrrr." Not very convincing!

Received a call from this number, supposedly linked to Colchester. Normally, I tend to dodge calls from numbers I don’t recognise, but I foolishly picked it up. Initially, it seemed like there was nothing on the line, but soon after, my phone was inundated with calls from all over the UK-everything from Aldershot (01252 242013), to Consett (01207 700037), and even Blairgowrie up in Scotland (01250 890002). I’ve blocked them all now. I'm not quite sure what the intention behind this is, but it’s certainly turned into an utter nuisance!
